SERV spelled out means: Special Emergency Response Vehicle. Serv2 is a 2003 Ford Excursion with four wheel drive (4x4), push bar with a 9,000lbs winch and the emergency conversion by Fastlane Emergency Vehicles. Typical uses of Serv2 can be transporting of personnel, lighting via its light tower and any other supportive roles that PVFC calls for it.

Serv2's rear interior section contains extra hand lights mounted in the upper window portion (barely visible in this picture), space for turnout gear plus water and dry chem extinguishers.
This interior shot shows the contents of Serv2's two left compartments. The left side carries a small EMS aid bag, a “toolbox” and a bag of lifeline rope. The right compartment carries accessories for the winch and assorted slim jims for vehicle lockouts.
