Administrative Officers:
The Company�s Board of Directors consists of five elected officers: The President, Vice-President, Treasurer,
Secretary, and the Fire Chief. Additionally, two directors shall be elected by the membership. The board�s
responsibilities include (among other things) governing the activities of the company, preparing an annual budget
and approve all disbursements of funds. Each member is elected for a two year term, with half of the board being
selected each year.
